Can there be a seperate thread just for reviews?

This forum is getting so cluttered up with all these reviews and fanboi wars, etc.

Can a mod just make a stickied thread dedicated to reviews?

Thank You

I agree... no need to read 50 million reviews on the same product(s)

i disagree, the reviews are based on personal opinion. i enjoy reading "50 million reviews on the same product". i want to be well informed before i buy something & i like to see what ppl feel from car to car/tune to tune.

but a sticky on reviews could work quite nice

A sticky would be a great idea... Everyone can just post their reviews and thoughts on 1 thread, and the Turbo section of this forum would be cleaned up of 50 different review threads. Mods will have an easier time with it too.

I almost feel that reviews of products should have their own headings tab. Thats how several other car forums do it.

So for example... this is the turbo tuning section.... we would have a section only for reviews maybe separated by kinds of product (like the for-sale) section. Each person could review a product within that category and give it X amount of stars and a brief write up.

I guess thats a bit of work for the programmers though.

I can see your point, but all in all, I disagree.
If you notice the title of the forum, you will see that it has "Modifications" at the end.

this forum is to talk about the different mods and expeiriences, so if we started a sticky with just reviews and only reviews went into that thread then what would we talk about in this forum?
I could think of what's left...

Would this affect my warranty?
What tune should I get?

Believe me when I say that I am SICK of all of the crap talk of tunes.
Maybe someone should come out with a new LSD and we'll have LSD wars!!

I like this idea.. call it Product Reviews with some subjective rating system that the readers can give to the posters. That way the fanboi's can be rated low since they are usually pretty easy to identify and the ones that put good time into a decent review will carry more weight.

Mods make it happen yo!
