AC on the fritz

Used the remote start yesterday and when I got to my car expecting to greeted by a cooled interior it was hot. Turns out the AC failed. Took it to the dealership and they are not able to get to it until Wednesday. Anyone have this same experience?

The most likely explanation is road debris pierced your condenser, losing all refrigerant; it's quite common, at least where I live (desert southwest). But hopefully some other issue covered under warranty, because the damage I stated is not. Good luck.

There was a bad run of 2020s with a faulty component (can't remember specifically which one) in which for some the AC blew hot/cold, was DOA after a few days to a few weeks after leaving the lot, etc. All were repaired under warranty but it often took several weeks for the parts to arrive.

Mine is a 22. Do you know if they were affected by the problem you describe? Thanks.

The culprit was a faulty compressor.
