So as you could guess from the title, my n54 finally let go, I loved it while it lasted but I’m weighing options at this point. At this point I’m between building the block that’s in it (if that’s possible don’t have engine out yet might be damaged beyond repair), buying a used motor and either just tossing that in or building that, or my crazy idea, an ls3 swap…. I’ve been seeing super cheap ls3’s in my area, even cheaper than n54’s, so I’m just wondering about some other opinions of if it would be worth it to even consider an ls swap because I will admit I loved the n54, but I do have 2 other 335i’s so I could always put the single turbo kit and all the supporting mods off my main car onto one of those if I go ls….. thoughts are all I’m looking for, thanks for any input
