will i need new cv joints if my wheels are big?

if i want to put on a wide bodykit or roll the fenders and add 17-18 with 20mm(rear) and 10mm(front) wheel spacers will i have to strengthen my cv joint or my half shaft or something because my wheels are to far out from under my car? also plan on lowering it so how is this going to affect it and what can i do to fix/correct the problems?

lowering it shoudlnt affect anything, except it will give you a bunch of new neagtive camber so get it aligned after, and ive never had to worry about strengthing my cv or halfshaft on wheelspacing apps.

You'll definitely need new cv joints, make sure they are filled with gold grease. Titanium axles as well.

Running lower offset may put more stress on wheel bearings, however that would be something to the tune of needing to replace them every 80k miles instead of every 100k miles, for example. The most important thing IMO is watching you don't rub your tires on the body and wheel-well when turning and under suspension compression.
