grille install....how to.

install takes no more than 5-10 mins... here's how:

The circled areas are where the clips are located (7 total)
-first using a "L shaped" pick, unclip the 2 bottom clips that are visible
-then gently pull the grille partially out, the 2 side clips will then unclip themselves(do not pull too hard as the top 3 clips are still locked)

The 4 torx screws(circled) need to be removed(forgot the size.... sorry)
-then gently lift the top part of the bumper... this will allow you to see the remaining 3 clips.
-next use the same pick to unclip the 3 remaining and the grille will come out.
-then take pics and post them:thumbup: on 1addicts.com

Thanks to your instructions I was able to change my standard black kidneys to 135i style chrome ones! Took less than 10mins after I'd found the right L-shaped tool for the clips.

Here's a shot showing the driver side kindey removed. The holes for the clips are easy to spot here!

Driverside installed:

Both replaced with chrome:

Success! :headbang:

could you post pics of your stock black grills? why don't you guys just leave the stock ones on if they're black? all the 135 owners prefer black grills...
