Steering wheel controls
I searched and haven't found a definitive answer on this.
If you do not get BMW assist, are the telelphone and voice command steering wheel buttons deleted, disabled, or still function for things like the onboard computer?

Thanks Crowley. I'll probably just use my bluetooth headset instead of trying to retrofit the system for a bunch of money.
