**********s | Sitting down with Turner Motorsports at Bimmerfest 2008

Hi Guys,
We got a chance to sit down with Turner Motorsports, from racer himself Will Turner to find out what the race season has taught them, and what new products have trickled down to all of us. Also R&D specialist at Turner reveals what's going to be available this year. Plus Forgeline is bringing their wheels to the track and providing them for the street driver. Without further ado: http://www.**********s.com/showpages.aspx?pid=1284

Heavily involved in the BMW, and racing community Turner Motorsport unveiled many ground-breaking products today at BimmerFest. Since last year Turner Motorsport has made breakthroughs in Suspension systems designed for street and track use. Such as their Tracksport Coilover system for the E46, and the Billstein B16 Ride Control System which actually allows the driver to control the stiffness of the shocks from within the car.

Apart from Turner's suspension work they are also featuring Forgeline Wheels. Forgeline wheels are FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE, allowing for any size, offset and finish. "Forgeline Wheels are race quality wheels, custom made to your dimensions." - David Schardt, President of Forgeline Wheels.
Turner Motorsport is also researching/developing many race inspired items that can even be used on your own BMW. Turner is currently testing various solid mounts, and performance bushings to further improve your E90's/E92's handling on and off the track. All of these will actually be used near the end of this month on their race E90 in the Grand Am Series races. There is also rumor of adjustable bushings for the E90/E92/E82, if this is fact, you can count on **********s to have all of them in stock waiting for you. In addition to the adjustable bushings Turner Motorsport is also in the pre-production stage of designing brake ducts for your E90/E90/E82. Be sure to check with **********s for any new releases from Turner Motorsport.

Unlike typical coilover systems available for the E46, and M3, the TrackSport Coilover System provides superb track performance while still maintaining a soft enough ride for a daily driver. The creation of these coilovers was simply to provide far improved track handling, and to address the problem of under steer common with the E46. Being involved in the Grand Am Series with their E46 M3 Turner Motorsport was very limited as to what modifications could be done to the car that would yield better track times, and put them on top. They discovered that instead of increasing the car's power, Tracksport Coilovers could be added to yield better lap times and to decrease the cars understeer. " We tested, and adjusted the Tracksport Coilovers over a period of 5 days, and discovered that they provided a more balanced track setup" - Will Turner, President of Turner Motorsports.

Forgeline Wheels
Forgeline Wheels were originally developed to be exclusively a competition wheel company, but have recently branched out to provide their custom forged wheels to anyone looking to add a custom wheel to their car, while also keeping with the utmost in quality. "With Forgeline Wheels everything is custom made just for YOU." - David Schardt, President of Forgeline Wheels.

Billstein B16 Ride Control System
The Billstein B16 Ride Control System revolutionizes typical coilovers. Typically if you wanted to adjust your coilovers you would need to manually do this to every wheel, but with the B16 Ride System this is a thing of the past. The new system allows all of the shock stiffness to be changed without ever needing to get out of your car to do so. The ride control system is so advanced that it actually is able to sense the g-force loads on each shock and make adjustments to the stiffness accordingly. You can count on **********s to have the latest Billstein B16 Ride Control Systems.
