Tracking Canada
Hi Everyone,
Looking for a way to track the car coming to Canada. I went through one thread already on the board. I'm not to sure if it works for Canada... If anyone has a differnt way please let me know... My car is built and has been waiting at the port of exit Since April 23rd according to BMW Canada. I did call last week and again they said at the port of exit... I just can't take it any longer I want my car....LOL Thanks Guido |

put in whole vin for auto this was already posted, but no worries. My car is there too... It won't work till it's on the boat. Mine is just waiting, so I am told. BTW what dealership did you get yours at? Mine is also AlpineWhite with Coral red interior. |

you obviously have the 1-800 number (off the website if you ever lose it), the next way to track your car is with the shipping company:
http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do click on Auto Cargo on the right, and enter your VIN (need to get it from the 1-800 guys). Don't get discouraged if you can't find anything for your car with Wallenius, apparently sometimes it takes a couple days for the car to go into their system. You can track the ship (if it reports its position voluntarily) on this website: http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/shiplocations.phtml once it gets to Halifax, you can TRY searail.ca, but nobody seems to have had any luck with them. it does
and somehow I got over the fact that I can't track it while on the train. I am just waiting for the dealer to phone with a 2 week heads up. Somehow, as well, I have been moving on with my life since it came to dock. Weird.
