Drivetrain strength?

Quick question. I plan to eventually bring the car down to the track after having the car for a while. I was wondering, how strong is the transmission, engine, driveshaft, etc. for track days? I mostly would do 1/4 mile times and maybe autox. Is the 135i tough enough for this? Judging by various videos I've seen, I'd say yes, but just want to be sure. Thanks.:wink:

I've never had any drivetrain issues with BMWs, but I don't do drag launches (3000rpm and dump the clutch).
