Has anyone done this on their 1er? It was fairly simple on my R32. I installed it along with my exhaust.

I'm pretty proficient in doing mechanical mods... been doing some "higher difficulty" ones for quite a few years. Dropping the rear subframe is one thing that I would have to think hard about before attempting myself.

In order to remove or install a rear sway, you do have to disconnect a lot, and drop the rear subframe.

Btw, the e9x has the same rear suspension, and e90post (which has quite a few years on us and a bazillion DIYs) doesn't even have this one.
