2024 X7 on 23" Wheels

Anyone here with these 23" wheels on their X7? How do you find the 'ride' as compared to 21" or 22" wheels.

Also, this X7 has the M Sport Pro Package,...so these wheels are mostly only selected with the M Sport PP.

be warned there are no all season tires avail in the stock 23" size (only summers), so be prepared to spend about 3K per 10-12K miles (every year or less) and having to run snow tires on smaller wheels if you get any frozen precip or have winter temps below 40F.

Just curious, why did you pick 40 F?

40-45F is the range at the various tire mfrs do not recommend use of summer tires.

" Pirelli's warranty does not cover tires that develop compound cracking due to use in ambient temperatures below 45° Fahrenheit (7° Celsius), so the P Zero, like all summer tires, is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice."

"On the opposite side of the spectrum, summer tires feature aggressive compounds that are meant to grip best in temperatures that remain at 40 degrees Fahrenheit and above." (michelin)

"While these recommendations are general guidelines offered by Tire Rack, selected tire manufacturers may have additional specific recommendations applicable to their tires. Follow the tire manufacturer's recommendations whenever available.

It is not recommended to drive on these types of tires at temperatures below 40 degrees F (5 degrees C)."
