Low Curbs

Anyone else paranoid about pulling up to the curb in a parking stall? All BMWs are so low in the front that the air dam always scrapes on the concrete curb if you pull up too close. Hate to get scratched and gouges, even if it's underneath....

Have a similar problem here in 'old Medford', high crowns, deep gutters, gotta' be careful when crossing. Yep, I've done it wrong.

Medford

Isn't Oregon also the place where they've gone mad with traffic calming? Circles, bulges, raised cross-walks, speed 'cushions', etc, etc. I can see how low cars could find those challenging....

Yep. Lotta' that going on even here too, particularly in the more 'modern' areas of town. Plenty of nanny-government to keep you safe from yourself.
