Sounds very nice with the stock downpipes. How does it sound with your catted downpipes?
Also, what's up with all the gaskets in the picture where the catless downpipes mate to the exhaust? |

The car even takes off faster with the DPs... Those of you who were questioning DPs...
Well, there is the answer, you can actually see what 30 more hp does. 0-60 before DPs: 5.2 sec 0-60 after DPs 4.1 sec |

Look great guys! Well done! SOUNDS MEAN!
Four questions. 1. When can we expect to see a dyno? 2. Is there any drone at 2-3K rpms? 3. What is the weight savings over stock? 4. Would you consider offering a package deal with DP's? I'd buy the exhaust and catless DPs for $1,499.99. |

We will dyno the final production piece. I can tell you right now just by driving it stock then driving with the exhaust on after if felt A LOT quicker, and when we put the downpipes on with it simply a monster! 2. Is there any drone at 2-3K rpms? No drone with stock, minimal drone with catless DPs. Nothing that you would really notice. I was just really listening for it. 3. What is the weight savings over stock? We don't have an offical weight. We are gonna take it off and put it on the scale tomorrow. However holding both the our exhaust feels a lot lighter. 4. Would you consider offering a package deal with DP's? I'd buy the exhaust and catless DPs for $1,499.99. We are offering a package deal right now with the exhaut only being 999 :headbang: |

CF tips is a great idea. We were looking into some titanium tips as well. We will work it out with whatever looks best. In regards to the catted DP I can't wait to hear it. I was just telling Adam I think its gonna have the perfect sound combo!

Responded to your email but you brought up a great point. The reason we did not use a straight thru muffler design was it caused way too much drone, and was very "tiny" sounding. Espically with the downpipes on. So we used this muffler, and got the perfect note! Like I said in your email. If you guys think its sounds great in video wait until you hear it in person, amazing!

Good stuff, guys! Can you guys help me out with some questions...
Any smell with the catless DP and the exhaust? How does the airflow compare with stock, and the 335 exhaust? I guess I'm wondering if there any gains by having one pipe verses two (aside from weight)....volume appears to be more with 2 pipes. Or were the muffler and resonator determined to be the big restrictions? Thanks!

The flow is great. It was so good we couldn't use a straight thru muffler. Moving the Y pipe in front really was the best choice for this system in regards to preformance, flow, sound, & weight reduction. The cats and muffler are huge restrictions. So is the OEM the piping. We really reduced the amount of bends and the stock OEM system is crush bent to hell! There are some places the OEM system looks like a pancake. |
