I did 4 20 minute and one 38 minute sessions at Waterford Hills and never experienced a single bit of fade...in fact the pedal feel never changed at all throughout the sessions. I let a good friend take a few laps (he races spec Neons) and he was amazed by the brakes.

Stock fluid, stock tires, CDV replaced....car was running mid 1:20's whitch is a great time for a street car

link to track map: http://www.waterfordhills.com/info/facilitymap07.pdf

I was hitting 110 + on the back straight before turn #6.....HARD into the brakes at the 200ft mark and had no issues....are you sure the brakes were bled right???

PS this should prolly be in the tire / brake forum or the track / racing forum....

Try more of a racing pad. Of course they'll be harsher on the rotors, but would reduce fade compared to the stockies.

Without knowing the circuit, you might be suffering a bit of brake knock off too?.?.?

You can try tapping up the pedal just before hitting the brakes to see if that helps. I'll also add my voice to a bit of air being in the lines too. Straight after a session on the track, doing a quick brake bleed would let you know for sure.

I experience fade too on my first track day with stock pads and fluid. I have since changed to RBF600 and a modified semi-track pad and it now works much better. No fade after 8 laps sessions whereas previously my pedal would be very long after 3 laps. I suggest you try the Turner Motor Sport pads. I am curious about those pads too and would appreciate you reporting back after you have tried them.

Follow our build up here. Just copy our setup and I'm sure you'll be fast in no time. If you want to see us run again, we'll be at Autoclub speedway this weekend for the 2 day Time Attack event. We'll be running almost the full oval track plus the infield course. On the oval we'll be hitting ~140mph. We're in big trouble if our brakes fade then....

PS - I have a bunch of pictures of you on track. We had a rented lense that day so we made use of it and shot everything in sight. Shoot me an email and I'll send them over to you.

Good luck on the test!
