Product release from HP Autowerks: Code3 Performance Spearco Intercooler!

For those who has been waiting for an intercooler for your 135i, we finally have a solution from Code3 Performance!

Yes, this fits the automatic cars as well!

Stock boost level
+15.4rwhp @ 5310rpm
+15.2rwtq @ 5310rpm

Pressure drop stock boost level
stock - 1.2psi @ 6450rpm
Code3 - 0.6psi @ 5350rpm

Upgraded boost level (14psi)
+26.6rwhp @ 6040rpm
+23.1rwtq @ 6040rpm

Pressure drop upgraded boost level
stock - 1.5psi @ 5950rpm
Code3 - 0.7psi @ 5550rpm

- Spearco Intercooler core measuring 6.0" thick x 5.875" tall x 22.0" wide
- Tanks are bent from 0.125" aluminum sheet
- Unit designed to to hold up to 50psi
- Kit includes Aluminum boost tube, 3ply silicone couplings (straight and 45°), four SS T-bolt clamps, and complete illustrated instructions.


The last two dyno charts were independent dyno runs by Terry from BMS! Look at the gains in the upper rpm ranges, he saw as much as 30 rwhp!

Looks great but the install link seems to be broken...for me at least. Definately worth looking at closer if it's pretty much a direct bolt-on!

Yes, there will be. We will have Code3 post one soon.

Majority of the installation process is the same. Bumper can even stay on the car. Difference being where and how much material need to be removed from the front plastic support.

This is a must for someone like me who lives in the Gulf Region of the Middle East specially in August wer it sometimes reaches up to 50 Degrees Celsius!
