Installing Tii SideSkirts
Not a very hard install, like always take your time and it'll turn out just fine. Will take around an hour or so.
I used a jack to get a little more access to under the skirt screws. You may or may not need to use one. So we begin with a clean slate.. I started by removing the door sill, held on by 5 tabs.. After removing the door sill you will need to pop up the push clip pins like so.. and remove them (pin and the clip part) Onto underside of the car you will need to remove the 8 or so Hex screws along the bottom of the sideskirt. (sorry for bad photo you can kinda of make them out) after all the screws and push clips are removed you should be able to pull the sideskirt off. I worked it from the rear wheel forward. came off with no trouble. then you should have a nice bare side area. Now if wanted you can clean the body under where the sideskirt was and wax it if wanted to put a layer of protection on there if so desired. Now you need to align the new skirt and slide it into place, make sure the bottom of the skirt is tucked under the black underside mat thing. once its all lined up you may need to pop the top of the skirt into place a bit. basically install is the reverse of removal. pop in the pins in the top of the sideskirt on the door sill and screw in the hex screws on the underside and finish by popping back in your door sills.. Finished product..

Note: You dont need to use any of the hardware included unless you break a pin or something or you want to replace the screws and what not. I just reused the stock peices that came off.
Also a special thanks to Dan@UnitedBMW for the excellent prices and the paint work also. More pics:

Thanks for the DIY. I only wish I had bought a tool to remove the door sills. Also, putting the black plastic piece in the vent hole was a bit of a chore. At first I didn't see that it clipped onto a plastic ridge. That tape is STICKY, especially if you treat it with the 3M plastic primer that came with the kit.

You should go for it, it subtle, but very cool. The rear part of the skirt bulges out more so it's not like a the stock skirt with a vent in it.

i put them on my BSM 135 about a month ago... its not a crazy difference since the piece is fairly subtle but it def add a touch of aggresiveness that really adds to the 135 look. i also got my dealer to paint the rear diffuser BSM while doing the skirts since (only $75 for the diffuser) which once again is subtle but kicks ass in my opinion, that gray is just no good. Ive been meaning to put some pics up so ill try and get my ass in gear.

how do you properly remove the door sills with out damaging them... I have to redo my passenger side skirt because I failed to put the little fake mesh insert before install. I already kinda weakened the door sills on the first run thru so any suggestions. BTW (Your opinions do u think the side skirts look better with the inserts or without??) ..
nvm found my answer!!

Install accomplished on Saturday.
All-in-all took me about 4 hours to complete, but if you want to be quick about it it can be done in half that time. As often mentioned already the toughest part is the door sills. I had a trim removal tool and I still wound up bending the plastic sill holders when popping the sill off. Like Justin stated the black plastic rocker panel inserts were also a bit of a mystery, the grove in the insert corresponds to a ridge on the inside of the panel. I'll post up better pics in the future.
