Cleaning Radio Display

I have noticed 'scratches' on my friend's 3 series on the radio display.

Any tips on what to use to clean both the radio and temperature display?

Just a little plastic lens cleaner, or even windex with a soft microfiber cloth. Cover it with clear lcd protector cut to fit if you are worried about scratches.
