Adjusting the head lights --HELP!

Can anyone tell me if there is something I am missing....I would like to adjust my low beam head lights up a bit.

Anyone know the secret?:iono:

i adjusted it with a phillips screw driver. the right light is supposed to be a bit higher than the left. it was a night and day difference
