I think one problem w/painting/powdwercoating is that you'll fail to retain the "BMW" logo since it is painted on.

I think there is this paint called dupli or something.. they have a paint or a spray.. i did this on my last japanese car.. i suggest the spray.. ya if we can keep the bmw logo id pait it red.. lol..
and you would have to sand the calipers before you paint.. |

If you must, don't paint them, powder coat them. Paint never lasts.
