Needed an Alignment

Well, I guess that I hit one to many pot holes here in NY. Some harder than others. But the other day I noticed that my steering wheel was crooked and the car pulled to the left and when I tried to straighten out my wheel the car jutted to the right. So I took it into BMW this morning, they told me that the procedure was not covered under warranty but they would check it out for me. So I just got a call back, they said that it was out of alignment but nothing was damaged. So $179.00 should fix it. I will pick the car up later and let you know.

Yikes!! $179.99 is prettty steep. But look on the bright side, you didn't break anything.

Wow $180 for an alignment?!

My car pulls slightly to the right but I'm not paying that much to get it fixed

Call a few tire shops and see what kind of machine they are using. If they have a John Bean or Hofmann machine, go there. Should cost you ~$100 for an alingment that's just as good if not better than a BMW alignment. Front camber is a PITA, but everything else on the 135 uses eccentrics.
