Blackberry 7100 & iDrive Bluetooth?

Anyone get this combo to work? I tried pairing but it seems to keep losing connection between the phone and car...

Thanks,
Sam

I have a 7100g with v4.0.0.219 software and it works with my non-iDrive E90... (no addressbook, but I can send and receive calls just fine) I was under the impression that you have to be on the v4 software for things to work.

Really a slick feature and hopefully they will be fixing the addressbook sync problem with Blackberry in the near future.

What's the best way to get the firmware updates? I am with Tmobile so I guess its a 7100t?

Thanks,
Sam

My BlackBerry works fine with the E90 & iDrive Nav... The Address Book not transfering is a BlackBerry issue. RIM does not implement phonebook transfer for security reasons. I have heard that it is a Department of Defense requirement to NOT implement phonebook transfer.

I am running 4.0.0.198 on my phone with no issues...
You can get 4.0.3.32 firmware at:
http://www.t-mobile.com/business/pro...6167&class=pda

Click on "System upgrade". It asks you for your phone number... Easy if you follow the instructions, but takes about 15 minutes...

Also helps to change the "Trusted" setting to "Yes" in Settings -> Bluetooth -> Device Properties
