good dealership for service in south Florida?

hey all-

I am awaiting delivery of a 128i 6MT- USAA buying service has me buying through Germain BMW in Naples, but I actually live in Pembroke Pines, FL, west of Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale. There is a Lauderdale BMW right outside my neighborhood in Pembroke Pines. Has anyone had service done there? Good or bad stories appreciated. Any other good BMW service experiences in Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade county? Thanks in advance.

I totally forgot about this "Dealer Review" area, have been wanting to post my comments. Anyways, glad to get to you now.

First off, always cool to see another person eligible and using USAA. I do as well, great rates on insurance of all forms.

Second, sorry to use allcaps, but I need to. DO NOT USE LAUDERDALE BMW! I eventually will type up my family's experience with them, from their inept service people, to their lack of respect, to how they even totalled my mother's car, to how they damaged a separate auto repair shop's car to the tune of $4000 and refused to take care of it, over and over and over.

My family (5 of us, 4 with BMW, 1 with Mini) has switched to Braman and are very happy with their Sales Dept. Only one of us has had any service from Braman yet, but his experience was great. Also, they have a HUGE new service facility and plenty of loaners. So you should be ok.

Just avoid Lauderdale BMW.
