if youre modded stay away from ROXBURY BMW

theres 3 service advisors

one is cool, the other two SUCK

in my situation the "cool" one (unnamed) was going to fix something on my car (that he knew was modded)

when I went in, the other service advisor took it upon himself to check my car out personally, and report his findings to the service manager (by the way, he SUCKS too)

he thinks hes some kind of warranty-police, the whole dealership is weird, definitely stay away

tried to tell me I had to wait and get my car inspected by BMW, I told him sure, and left

why did u even try going there bro? i know it's closer to ur house, but take the drive a bit south next time

When im on the East coast, im def stay away from them!!
How about Open road, my cousin has been telling me about in NJ?

Eh... open road isn't all that great for modded cars either. I live about 10 mins from them and i still drive about an hour away to a better dealer

service writers get paid on jobs like techs do, so for one to purposely scout out another ones customer and fuck up the work that was about to get done, is kind of fucked up IMO

thats like working in commissioned sales and someone telling your customers to leave while your on break

They scratched my bumper one time when they were in the sardine can service center before they moved to the new place and were really dragging their feet on getting it fixed. They did eventually though.
