I'm listing the monthly cost before tax since it's registered in PA and I'm currently paying what equates to be a 9% lease tax rate which is higher than what your payment would be in NY or NJ. BMW Financial says the new owner would pay their own states' tax rate on a leased vehicle.

Think it will sell??
