Angel Eye Replacement Help
Hey guys -
I have a problem. I put the GP Thunder Angel Eyes in today and they look great as parking lights but when I actually turn the lights on or go to auto they revert back to the blah lights (stock) and I have no idea why. Please help! Thanks, Delta |

It seems that on a lot of pictures I have seen on this site it does not seem that way? What do I have to do now to get it to look like I want it to without the brownish tint when the lights get turned on?
Thanks for the help man I appreciate it. Delta |

Yes, I had the same problem also.
It turned out that it's perfectly normal, the thing is it just turns out to look much brighter in pictures. Also it looks almost like the auto lights are on because i guess the reflection the inner angel eye looks all lit up. For example: That's MTLbimmer's car. I thought this was the one that is usually lit up until I realized it's usually the outer that is If you want the the angel eyes to be noticeable on auto, your going to have to go with LED angels.

Because the GP Thunders don't have a resister like the RD LED Angel Eyes, so it's drawing from the same power source as the headlights. So when the headlights are on, it's drawing power away from the angel eyes, so that's why it's happening.
