Apart from the warranty protection, why would anyone pay 2000 euros for a 20-30bhp remap??
Why not just pay £600 to Evolve for a 'hidden' additional 70 horses, or £250 for an SSTT / Superchip for 40-50bhp?

Some of the BMW performance range is very well priced, I don't think it will be just a remap, suggestions are an extra intercooler and fan, plus no warranty issue might appeal to some. |

It appeals to me... Its genuine and they can charge much more than third party.
My options are: 1. Pay a LOT and get it 2. Don't bother at all and leave it as it is

BMW said yesterday that the performance upgrade kit will be available from July onwards this year in the UK but, no price has been announced yet. Price may be available in June.

there is no such thing as a hidden 70hp. your kidding yourself if you think bmw cant tell the car has been running too much boost. You may get lucky and they dont check your car. but if you ever have a problem with your car that needs warranty and they decide to call you on the mod that $700 can become any thousands. $2000 buys piece of mind.
