49135? That's 100 over invoice? Seems high for 100 over but im not going to calculate all those options to double check.

If its $100 over invoice then BMW has really jacked up the invoices in the past year.

$100 > invoice is great, but why didn't you get 0.9% financing? BMW Financial is offering that on 3 series cars until the end of March. I got that rate on my 328xi that I purchased last week. Did you not qualify for that rate?

I think you should recheck what the invoice price should be. I just did a quick calculation based on what you listed and the invoice price I figured was $47,245! Base on that you're paying about $1900 over invoice -- not a good deal!!

Did you leave out any options (like NAV, maybe)??

Last time I checked, the 0.9% was not available on the 335's.

I got .9 on my 335 coupe. Ummm I have a coupe and fold down seats. I'm not sure what I paid but I got 300 over invoice wo floormats. I need to check my overall price at the end. I don't think its 60+ like yours, then again I got the .9 rate

Call your dealer immediately and demand they recalc your payments at 0.9%. Also, you should get $750 off the first 2 payments! Me thinks you have been hosed. But, if you financed thru BMW Financial, those terms should be automatically applied if you purchase the car before 3/31/09. Unless for some reason, you don't qualify.

Here's the link on the BMW website!!!

I just did some quick math on this and you're getting robbed blind. With the balloon payment, you're going to end up paying $60k for this car. This is assuming you pay the balloon payment off in whole and do not finance that too. I'm not one to tell anyone how to go about spending their money, but this is batshit crazy to me.

Man, you are correct. I spoke too soon and didn't look at the numbers closely enough. The 328's are 0.9%. Explains that! Thanks for correcting me.

no problem man, I do that all the time. I was just hoping there was a secret way to get the 0.9% financing on a 335i again

Never hurts to try. But, I think even if you go for the 2.9% you still can take advantage of the first 2 payments covered up to $1500. I was going to do a 4 year finance, but the dealer convinced me to do full 60 months - interest costs only around $115 and there is no penalty for pre-payment. So it made sense to do the longer term deal.
