JB3 and stock airbox

I have the JB3 1.2, and stock airbox. I do have a BMC drop in, and RPI scoops. Will this set up provide the engine enough air, or would I need an dual cone intake setup. I prefer not to go with a dual cone intake, and keep the stock airbox, but would ditch it if I need to. I run map 3 if it matters. Thanks in advance.

i have run your exact same setup for 3 months without any issues at all on map 3. Dyno showed 60 rwhp increase over stock.

I run the same setup aswell, you won't have any problems, no worries. But of course with a dual cone setup you will free up some more power.

I highly recommend DCIs.

It made a 12whp difference for me with both the JB3 and the Procede.

I can't stress this enough. Please go pick one up, you won't regret it.

From my understanding, that setup is fine for map 3 since I know you can run tune only with no other mods......but the question is...is that safe for map 6????

would be a safe setup for map 6 if you were to get 93 octane. if it's just 91 then i would run map 4

if the car is completely stock, DCI wont do much for you. but with tunes and other mods, DCI becomes much more affective. like Kelvin1000 stated, his dyno showed 12 whp diff from no DCI to DCI on either tunes.
