275/30/19 rear tires questions

Hi all,

I need help. The car is 2008 328i Sedan with Base Package.
I'm trying to decide if I can go with 275/30/19 tires in the back or not with a wheel offset 35 and/or 37. Width 9.5.
I don't want it to rub and have to roll the fenders when I lowered it later with probably H&R Sport. Living in the midwest where the place is a snow magnet, I don't feel like I want to go as low as H&R Race.
The tires that I was thinking to get is General UHP, Falken 452, or Kumho SPT if that'll make a different.

I would be happy to stay with 265/30 if 275/30 won't work.

Thanks in advance!

O and btw,
I went to http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit and put in the 275 info.
I was wondering if the Speedometer Difference percentage value will mess with the onboard computer since the speed would be about 2.5% slower than the recommended tires size.

Thanks.

With a +35 offset 9.5" 275 would work perfectly fine on a sedan. We do +33 9.5" 275 packages all the time.

Thanks.
It does bring the speedo down, but the speedo reads 5% fast, so it just brings it closer to actual speed. GPS verified. 80 mph at 82 indicated and so on and so forth.
