How to install cf shark fin?

I bought a cf fin from jw tuning and just received it. Is it suppose to fit directly on the current fin? If thats the case it doesn't fit at all. Or are you suppose to remove the original cover of the fin? (if there is one)

pics. Its a hollow cover but I thought that its just like cyba's overlay and it goes directly on the oem shark fin? Instead he told me that I have to take my oem shark fin off and replace it with the cf one....which is odd because I thought there would be wiring underneath......And to top it all off while I was taking the pics I noticed the cf weave from the back side bunches up and swirls....thats not suppose to happen right?

well..as i see the pic above, it looks like a Overlay to me, but it doesn't cover you Oem fin, so if he said that is not a overlay, and you supposed to take of your Oem fin to fit this, it's kind of non sense, since i saw your CF fin is empty inside, and there is not way you can attach on the roof, then how this work????prove me wrong!!

Isnt the white paper thing a double sided tape? which leads to a conclusion that it is a cover?

Yes,currently I m using cyba's cf fin, mine is supposed to cover all the oem fin!it doesn't look lie the pics from you, the pics youshown which 90% looks like a overlay to me, now you should talk to jw tuning about the fitment issue, or ask him to provide a installtion guide to u!

I looked at one of cyba's old cf shark fin thread and found that E90 and E92 share the exact same shark fin according to cyba.
