post the cap cost (before any reductions), money factor and residual value and specify whether that amount includes taxes

ok so i put 0 down 3 year 36k mile lease with 12k in miles per year on a 2009 328 with nav prem. ipod 6fl tire insurance with taxes 605 a month

What's the CAP Cost though?

I am working on an E90 335i with an MSRP of $55,455 with MACO and I am currently at $675/month including tax on a 3yr, 12,000 mi per year lease with one dealership.

Due at signing: Acqusition, 1st and Registration/tags under $2000
