Attention: 2009+ E90 LCI Owners - Fitment issues

ATTENTION ALL 2009+ E90 LCI OWNERS!

The current E90/E92 19x9.5ET30 and 19x9.5ET33 fitments WILL NOT fit your vehicle without modifications. If ET30/ET33 is used you`ll need to roll your fenders, use smaller tires (255/30/19) and shave 3-4mm off your wheels.

Solution:
We recommend going for an effective offset of ET33-ET38 on a 9.5" and if possible using a 255/30/19 tire or 265/30/19 tire depending on the brand. Slightly rolling your fenders might be required if using aftermarket springs.

Moderators feel free to make this a Sticky thread.

Why not just call it "Life Cycle Improvement"? Makes more sense, no?

So wait, does this mean that the E90 LCI has the same fenders as the E92?

No, it's the trackwidth that's wide on the LCI.

so does this mean if i have a 07 e90 335i and find rims from a e90 LCI sport, it wont fit or just be super tucked in? if so, am i better off finding e92 sport rims(since they look similar) and slapping them on?

It won't matter which year rims you get, because BMW rims haven't changed. Its just that BMW decided to update the rear hub carriers to avoid the tucked in rear wheels. If you want to avoid tucked in fitment on your car, the normal solution is to either get some 9.5" rims (wider than stock) or use spacers.

Not necessarily. All the BMW wheels specifications remained unchanged. Feel free to post the specs of the wheels you are looking to upgrade to before you make the purchase. We`ll be glad to provide our advice on fitment.
