Q for you guys without the OEM RFTs... flat tires?
What happens when you guys with aftermarket rims/tires get a flat? Will BMW roadside assistance bring you a donut, or tow it?
I know most people here are from SoCal where the roads are perfect, but for us midwesterners on the artillery-shelled pathways that are referred to as "roads", I'm worried about expensive RFT replacements and was wondering what happened when you got a flat on a non-RFT without a spare? |

just a couple days ago i had to get my car towed to a tire store, called BMW assist and they sent over a truck and said they will pay only for $100 for towing. but towing here usually only costs about $80-$90 so it wasn't a problem for me.

We have such shity roads here. Some rain, tons of traffic, lots of trucks, hundreds of potholes! Anyways, BMW roadside will tow you to a dealership or you can get the continental kit. |

Majority of the guys who run aftermarket wheels/non RFT's just have another spare wheel/tire inside a trash bag in the trunk. It works!

I'd just call USAA and have 'em drag my car to the nearest Discount Tire for a repair since it doesn't cost me anything But I haven't had a flat tire since highschool when I'd tear my truck up out in the desert.
