European Delivery Questions

Hey all,

I'm in the Seattle area and would like to know if you guys can recommend a dealership with good services for European Delivery.
My current lease on an e90 335i will end soon and is thinking about leasing an e92 335i with M sport package.
How good of a deal should I expect with European Delivery? Or is it actually cheaper to get whatever the dealer has in stock?

Thanks in advance!

I would Suggest going to Irv Robinson of Motorwerks in Chicago. He took really good care of me and gave a great deal.
Tell him George recommended you. If you want send me a PM and I can introduce you to him.

Picking up a dealer stock is not necessarily cheaper unless you purchase an previous year model. European Delivery, you would be looking to save a decent amount since the price on ED is lower than retail already.

Let me know if you have any more questions

keep in mind that if you do ED then they will drill for the front plate.
this is the deal breaker for me.

I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know. I guess that's mandatory?

They don't drill the front plate anymore. That was an old news. They use double-sided tape to install the front plate. ED is the best way to take delivery of your new BMW.

Ditto that, i.e., they do not drill front bumbers any more for Euro delivery. How do I know..., I had my 2008 335 Euro delivery and they used double sided tape (which came off without a mark/scratch, etc).

Also, if you want EXCELLENT Euro delivery, suggest you call Jim Mannheimer at BMW of Salem. He does an average of 50 Euro deliveries a year and you won't find a better person to work with. His pricing is also excellent.

Jim's phone number is 503.399.9541, and I just picked up a second new BMW from Jim last week. He is great!

THEY DO NOT DRILL, If you tell them, they will not drill the Front Bumper.
I did ED and PCD and mine were not drilled.

Question. If "European Delivery" lowers the selling price, I'm assuming it lowers the monthly lease price?
