Will this fit an E92?

Will this fit on a 2007 E92 335i? I DON'T have a drop and I don't plan on one. I don't want to roll the fender or any of that non-sense, I just want it to fit right on. I don't want any rubbing at all, of course. I also don't want it to look weird, if there is any possibility of that.

VMR CSL
19x8.5 +40
19x9.5 +22

General Exclaim UHP
235 front
265 rear

Thanks in advance everyone!

Since you are looking for a setup without any modifications, I would recommend you go with a 19x8.5 +40 front with a 235/35/19 and a 19x9.5 +33 rear with a 275/30/19. Direct bolt on and drive.

+22 is actually for a M3, which is very aggressive without any fender modifications.

Well the reason why I ask is because I'm getting them used from a member of the forum. I guess I won't be getting them any more.
