i'm still rolling on the stock run flat tires, thinking about saving some money and going with General Exclaim UHPs afterwards. What happens if I get a flat with the General, am I screwed?

just keep driving and push the fix-a-flat button on the dash. it reinflates the tire like in the james bond movies
