Hi All
Just found this forum and dropped in to say hi. I picked up my first M3 last week (E90 in alpine white) and loving every minute! Anything I should look out for (apart from the boys in blue!) or any hints and tips on running etc would be great. Glad I found this UK regional section. Bye for now kadeSdad |

Welcome matey - you should definitely try and make the M3 meet im organising - it would be a perfect way to speak to other owners face to face - there will be tips-a-plenty to be sure on the day!!! Keep on eye on my thread re the meet for the location - but you would be very welcome and there's a great bunch of guys coming. Steve

Hi Guys
Thanks for the replies. Glad to be here. Re DonM3 "How you enjoying the attention your white M3 gets? It can get uncomfortable for me sometimes." I guess I have not had it long enough to say, do you mean good or negative feedback, or scallys in pug 106's!... BMMBailey, would be good to get to the meet (never been to one before) and chat with other owners. I'll post some pic's when I can. Cheers now KadeSdad |

Hi bmwbailey
Re Mods, Not just yet....but I may do later this year! I had a RRS 3.6 TDV8 up to getting my M3 and had that remapped & a full Larini sports exhaust system fitted, boy did that make a difference! But no matter how good she went I still had no fun, got too lazy in my fast armchair and had nothing to do....I wanted to DRIVE AGAIN!!! I guessing some guys in forum have gone mods, I would go for some subtle changes but I don't think I would go the whole hog.....just yet! KadeSdad |

Enjoy it and learn to drive it stock then think about mods later. Im just far too impatient!! Hope to see you at the M3 meet - keep an eye for the location details - the date is set in stone though.

Hey biscuits
re RRS Armchair, not always had it easy you know! I had a 130i when they first came out, now that wasn't an easy drive.....needed something to ease my old bones! No seriously, loving the M3, getting this car was like one of those "things to do before I die list" Hi LondonBeemer Hope your enjoying the car as much as me! |
