Sweet, I think I'll come down for the festivities, but I'm all wheel so I won't be able to hop in on the dyno.

Talked to Craig today at Cincy Speed and we are going to grill some hamburgers, etc. there that day. I will bring some other things, not to mention I owe those guys down there some beer!! So if there is anything you may want to bring, feel free. Looking forward to it...happy that a group of Cincy area 335ers and others can all come together for a day of dyno and fun.

No, I don't think you would be...it would be cool to see what the sstt with your other mods are doing in comparison to some of the other tunes and mods. I am running the JB+ for now, so it is probably not that far from the sstt, but it is up to you. It should be a fun time, plus I can't wait to see Jonny's car in person, congrats Johnny on the Mag. cover, the guys at Cincy Speed said your car is awesome!! Looking forward to Saturday.

OK, so Mike (hkyplaynazn) and I might be coming down to run a little experiment.
Mike recently installed Procede and had a JB+ sitting around which is currently on loan to me Do you think cincyspeed will allow me to do 5 runs for $60? Run 1: Stock baseline (UR intake only) Run 2: SSTT adaptation Run 3: SSTT Run 4: JB+ adaptation Run 5: JB+ This way we will have 3 dyno's on the same care, same day, same conditions to prove the difference between stock, SSTT, and JB+

Talked to Craig at Cincy Speed. He said that as far as the 5 pulls go, it really depends on how long it woudl take to install the T-Map sensor tunes and adaptation, he said that it would probably be more like $75. With that being said, I would be willing to kick in the extra $15, if that is what it takes just to see the results, they probably won't even care about the $75 or $60, his biggest concern was just the amount of time?
I will be getting there around 11:30, just to get my car done and out of the way, I know some others are coming around 1:00 (unofficially), but I would say this thing should have a start time of 12:00 (noon). Thanks. Looking forward to meeting you guys. |

Shouldnt take long at all (5 min. max per switch), the UR CAI that I have on the car facilitates easy install of the boxes. All I would need would be a pair of heat resistant gloves becuase Im guessing its going to be pretty hot in there!

That and a cold beer. I imagine they would have some gloves there, but I will ask.
Looking forward to Saturday, and the whole Intake thing, hopefully it will give me a better gauge of what is best (intakes, FMIC's, and tunes, JB3 or PROcede)...or just confuse me even more?!?! |
