Maybe some but not all!

Last time I checked, there were only seat belts for a maximum of 5 or 4 depending on the model/configuration of the 750. They reported that there were 6 people in the car at the time of the accident!!!

So they must have squeezed 4 people in the back seat and at least one wasn't wearing a seat belt, but more likely more of them were NOT wearing their seat belts!

The guy was drunk and probably going WAY to fast. Most people don't consider that if you have that kind of load (or that many people) in the car, that you need to adjust the tire pressure accordingly, especially if you are going over 100mph (160km/h)!
