Lighting/Reflector Upgrades

A couple questions on ease of install. I recently bought the LED kit to change out the Angel Eyes, smoked side marker lamps, and smoked side reflectors. I notice that many people have opted to get rid of the reflectors. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on doing this stuff myself. I have done small projects on other cars, but I am afraid to even raise the hood on this car. Any assistance or links to instructions would be appreciated. Or if someone knows where I can get this done (A good shop in Colorado). Thanks

I feel like such an idiot with this vehicle. Right as I was getting confident with my last vehicle I gotta change to this. What is the Golf Tee Upgrade? And do you know where I could find instructions for the reflectors? They didn't come with anything......
