how many holes do you have to drill on the trunk to install the spoiler? i wonder adding a spoiler is allowed on a leased car.

If it's a BMW FACTORY PART, it's allowed on your lease! just I recommend getting it installed at a dealer. NO holes.

Just received the carbon fiber spoiler. Thanks Technik! The item arrived in great condition. Just as advertised.

I was shocked how light the box was, and even more surprised how light the actual spoiler is. It probably weighs only a few ounces!

The install will keep me busy this weekend. I'll post pictures once the install is complete.

Just installed the CF rear spoiler. The CF blends in with the black sapphire perfectly.

Anyway, betalink K1 is the yuckiest crap that I've ever used in my life. It almost feels like very thick tar. It runs all over the place and very hard to apply.

I didn't know what the setting time was (I figured about 5 min.), so I was taking my sweet time. When I was half way done applying this crap on the spoiler, it had already started to set. The garage being super hot (about 95 degree) might have something to do with it setting so fast.

Anyway, final product looks awesome! If you have a black E90, do not hesitate to get the CF spoiler over stock spoiler. You won't regret it!
