Is the 5000 down actually a "finders fee" or part of the actual lease?

it is part of the lease. I put close to fifteen thousand down when I got the car to keep the payment so low...

Ahhh..I see..good luck with the transfer.

For others that are interested- I just completed a lease assumption on an m3 through bmw and it went very smoothly. They handle things great

Holy crap, you put down nearly $15k on a LEASE and still had $786 a month payment on a 48 month lease!!!

sounds like 5000 down is a bit unrealistic.... i would be willing to negotiate if anyone is sincerely interested...

Man- as soon as I left VA, suddenly I see so many good deals in VA and NC. And suddenly no deals in CA.
