It's not just about horsepower, but how powerful your horses are.

I'd get the RIMS first.

if u are tight, save the money. when u have sufficient spare funds get both. car looks odd with (fierce rims and stock bod )and (stock rims and fierce bodykit) combos. looks great with both.

i dont think a body kit would always look good with stock rims, but stock body kit always looks good with new rims

he has a point. so i guess if u really want to mod in phases, get the rims first and bodykit later. actually, when i was modding my car, i did my rims first too and then front kerscher bumper shortly after, followed by ACS boot lid spoiler and and finally m rear apron and difuser. i knew from day one i would get new front and rear bumpers for my car anyway. good luck.

Rims for sure, for the reasons stated above plus, if you get lighter rims and better tires (which is most likely) you'll get a performance increase. Whereas body kits are 100% looks.

Depends on what kind/size rims you have stock? I like the 162s even tought they aren't entirely aggressive enough for a body kit.

And I must disagree with you man. Body kits can give you way more power! Haven't you seen those huge ass wings on hondas? I'm sure you get at least 100+ HP with them.

I would get rims first, because it not only give you better looks but it also improve your car grips which usually means improve handling.
Kind like form follow functions ...
By the way

Rims...

Don't get me wrong, I love body kits as well. However, I feel rims are the main course while body kits are the icing on the cake.

Rims definitely make the most difference aesthetically

rims and lowering springs. would make the car look a little bit aggressive even without extensive body kit.
