run 255 on a 8inch wheel

hey guys just wondering will a 255/35 r18 fit/look normal on a 18x8 inch wheel?

max for a 8 inch is 245 if you want 255 you have to use at least 8,5 inch better is a 9 inch

hmm, what about 19x8.5 running 255/40/19 instead of the recommended 255/35/19?

Recommended size for your car would actually be a 255/30/19 tire. Going from a 255/30/19 to a 255/40/19 would yield a 7% difference in rolling diameter. The side wall will increase by 1in and will most likely rubbing at compression. I would recommended staying with a 255/30 to be safe if you are looking for a bolt on fitment.
