My E90 is still a week or two away, but from what I've read here, hold down unlock to roll down all windows and open the sunroof, and you can't close them with the keyfob, but apparently you can do so if you have Comfort Access (just keep your finger on the handle ridges after it locks).

[edit - I guess I'm a slow typer! Beat to the first response!]

With the keyfob, holding down the lock button will roll up all windows and close the sunroof.

you can't close the windows/sunroof with the fob; but you can by putting the key inside the drivers door lock and holding it to the right.
