Actually it's due to be there Saturday according to the ship owner's website as of this morning. However that schedule has changed every day since Wednesday, when it got to Halifax. It's been sitting there since then.

Sat or Sun doesn't matter, the earliest they will be processed at the VPC is Monday. I'm pretty sure the VPC does not work on Sat.

I wonder why it was in Halifax so long??

What do you have on order, model/specs?

I happen to know that the VPC IS open on Saturday however that ship holds 6700 cars so I doubt that even if it arrived as currently scheduled on Saturday they won't get it to Jersey in time.

Alpine White E90 335i
Sport package
Black Leatherette (reason: kids + plan on keeping the car 5+ years)
Steptronic (wife and I always have had manuals but she overruled me this time, although we were both disappointed with the manual's we drove anyway)
Paddle shifters
Idrive/Nav + HD radio (std)
Ipod/usb
BMW assist (for the Bluetooth)

This is our first BMW.

We currently own: (we bought all these new)
97 Nissan 200SX SE-R (heavily modded, GT28RS turbo, 80k original miles)
04 Honda Element (my daily driver business work vehicle)
06 Mitsubishi Evolution IX GSR (7k original miles)

We sold my wifes manual 03 Subaru Forester XS for this BMW last month.

I stand corrected on Saturdays.

In case you don't know Priority 1 cars, which are cars that are already sold and not going to sit on a dealers lot get priority at the VPC. Our cars will be processed before any cars destined for dealer lots if that makes you feel any better about the wait.

She will love the 335i. This is going to be my second 335i, Went sedan this time over coupe. It's a blast to drive.

Well I didn't know that. Cool. That does make me feel better. I had heard of 'Priority 1 cars' on the forum but didn't know.

Unfortunately ours comes to the next stop Brunswick (which is about 2-3 hours from here) however I think it will be trucked/trained to Charleston, SC which is 3 hours from one another then back to my dealer in Macon, 4 hours away from Charleston.

When do you think you will get it? I would think by the end of next week at the latest if we get out of the VPC quick.

Luckily my dealer is only about a 4 hour ride from the VPC.

The wait is killing me!! Especially, with some beautiful weekend weather at hand. My son and I are heading down to New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ on Saturday to do a little karting. Amd, then off to some watering hole to watch the Flyers game. It would have been a terrific maiden voyage for my first BMW. Oh, well. Many more nice days ahead.

I love this forum. It's nice to know I'm not alone in my waiting anxiety.

What exactly is a 335i "M-Sport"? Not familiar with that one.
