New mod! AutoCouture hooked it up

Trying to figure out how to finish up my car (have wheels, drop and custom exhaust already) I wanted to do something subtle so I decided I wanted to replace my keyhole cover with a painted one. I hit up Sal (AutoCouture) since he had mentioned something to me a while back about OEM parts and he came thru for me. Picked it up for CHEAP!

Check out the pics (sorry, no far away..was in a hurry). Definitely recommend it to everyone!

I would be worried about doing this with how prone the lock actuators are to failing.

I'm sure there are more than enough threads on here about central locking failures. Basically, the lock actuators start shorting out, drawing too much amperage, and cause fuse 57 (or 73 based on production date) to blow. This renders the central locking system useless. The only way to get into the car at that point is to remove the blade key from the remote, and use it in the driver's door. Get rid of the lock cylinder, and they only way in is to break the window.
