Leaking

Hi guys I'm a newbie in this forum! But i have an issue it was about 2 months ago that i realized that there was a puddle of fluid under the middle of my car. I assume the transmission is there. So i brought it in to BMW and they told me nothing was wrong with it. 2 months later i just realized that the puddle got bigger and bigger. Something definitely is wrong! My question is should i call bmw weatherford and complain? Would Bmw run test on my transmission to make sure my transmission is working and wont break down in the future after my warranty is over? i so pissed because i been driving my car and not realizing i might be putting stress on it!

Also it's been noted that the transmission pan is plastic so warpage is an issue as well. If it does turn out to be transmission fluid do yourself a favor and search on transmission leaks or any combination of that and get everything fixed first shot. Good luck.

I mean I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin', maybe you could just get under the car and look for where the leak is. You know, like in the old days before computers. Then you can walk in and say "m8therf8cker, my trannys leaking, fix it!".

Could have been differential fluid. If they don't check for the leak, call BMWNA.

Just went through this with my 328i auto. Found fluid on the garage floor about 6 months ago. Thought nothing of it since it was very intermittent and they just changed the brake fluid under warranty and may have spilled some. 8 months and 6000 miles later, the the drip is getting more regular and the car is now out of warranty. Finally took it in, the pinion seal on the diff needs replacing. Cost 472 bucks. Trying to get BMWUSA to help me out. Moral of the story: have it checked out under warranty!!
