Question

I bought a pre-owned, says it supposed to have Sports Package, how can I tell? Is that the ZSP?

Is there a options build list somewhere?

If an auto it will have paddle shifters for 08 as it's a mandatory option. Post a couple of quick picks of wheels and seats and we'll confirm.

its a E92.
It has Paddle Shifters, Style 188 17 in wheels, though. The seats seem like sports seats with a lot of electric adjustments.

yeah, if it has paddles I think that means sport package. But those wheels are pretty small. I wonder if the person you bought it from changed them? Also I see you got an Xi. Maybe you have sport but smaller wheels. I say you DO have sport though

I believe you can still get 17" wheels on the xi with the sports package, although 18" wheels were an option along with a higher speed limiter. I'm not sure, but I thought the sport wheel may have also been a stand alone option if the sport package was not selected. I could be wrong on that, although when I was building mine, I think I remember that being an option.

Pics of the seats would be the best bet. Did non-ZSP's have adjustable lumbar? That might be a good way to tell, if they didn't.

I don't believe non ZSP had that but it's the Xi part that throws me as they were subtlely different like the 17's with sport. I'll bet it's a ZSP. Vin power will let you enter your VIN and provide you the info on your car but it costs money, maybe a friendly call to your BMW center could net the same results?

I believe someone has recommended calling the SA or CA to list options by VIN in the past. Not sure if that would work, but it's a shot. I'm sure someone will chime in with a sure answer though.
