What happens to performance when...
You take a 328i and put on a carbon fiber hood and trunk. Does that really improve performance because of the weight loss?
Approximately how much weight would really be lost? THANKS! |

I dont think it would do much performance wise. Maybe if you have vents on the hood, your engine bay will be cooler, then again you hav ea 328, so it wouldn't overheat as easily anyway.

drive a regular car and pull the full size spare out of the back and drive it again... im guessing the performance change will be similar. 0-60 will be .1 quicker with the weight reduction. is it worth it for performance... naw looks maybe.
